Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with the original packaging. Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact customer service before sending anything back so the team can guide you.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund is issued through the original payment method.
